Allan French C.Dir, FIOD has extensive leadership experience in Manufacturing Operations Management at a senior level.

For the past 10 years, Allan has been leading Transformational Change programmes that moved from long standing traditional factory cultures to modern, contemporary environments.

He has worked across a range of industries including Aerospace, Automotive and Drinks industries which include Wyman Gordon, Scottish Leather Group and Coca Cola. He is a UK Award winner for Lean Manufacturing and KnowledgeTransfer.

He is currently the Senior Operations Manager with Coca Cola Europacific Partners based in East Kilbride, which is 60 years old. He is leading a change programme across a multi-disciplined team to position the site as a leading supply chain partner within GB for the next 60 years.

Allan has been awarded Chartered Director status by the Institute of Directors.
